Who we share your data with

If you sign up to receive email notifications or newsletters or other content, your email address, first name and last name will be shared with the mailing service we use.  Currently, that emailing service is Mailchimp, and they have a separate privacy policy.  We do not share your data with third parties and we do not sell your data.  If we are compelled by a court of law to disclose the data we hold, we comply with the relevant orders.

How long we retain your data

If you sign up to a mailing list, we retain your data until such time as you unsubscribe or you ask us to remove it.  If you have difficulty unsubscribing, you should contact the Webmaster at paulthompson4music@gmail.com.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.  Requests or queries should be addressed to the Webmaster at paulthompson4music@gmail.com, who is the Data Controller.

Where we send your data

This website uses an external mailing services provider.  The provider is currently Mailchimp.  Your email address, first name and last name are sent to Mailchimp when you sign-up to receive email notifications or Newsletters.  Mailchimp have a separate Privacy Policy.  Mailchimp are GDPR compliant and have a Data Processing Agreement. If you need a signed DPA, just contact Mailchimp to request it.

Right to Be Forgotten and Anonymised

You can request us to anonymise your user identifiable data that we hold for you as a visitor, or user, or customer of our website.  Requests or queries should be addressed to the Webmaster at paulthompson4music@gmail.com, who is the Data Controller.
